2024 Fall Semester:

Helping the Abused through the Hope of the Gospel

This course is for:

1) Those who want to learn how to help and love those who have gone through abuse.

2) For survivors of abuse, to show healing is possible and teach what it looks like to help their community love them well and to have patience through that process.

The course will include: Elena sharing her story of healing, learning the impact of sexual abuse, discovering through Scripture how God views sexual abuse and suffering, and how the Gospel offers hope and healing. Practical tools will be given for how to respond when abuse is revealed, things to avoid, and things to say and do that are helpful and effective — and lots more.

*Childcare is not provided. If childcare is needed, please speak with your House Church Pastor to discuss possible options.
